By accessing and using FollowerLost, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

FollowerLost is a privacy-focused utility tool that analyzes Instagram data exports to help users understand their follower relationships. The service:

• Processes only locally-downloaded Instagram data files
• Operates entirely in memory with zero data persistence
• Does not require Instagram login credentials
• Returns analysis results directly to the user

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to process data obtained through unauthorized means
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the service
• Upload malicious files or content designed to harm the service

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to FollowerLost. We do not claim any rights over your Instagram data. The analysis is performed ephemerally in server memory and no copies are retained. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any data you upload.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FollowerLost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or completeness of analysis results
• Compatibility with all Instagram data export formats
• Service availability at all times

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FollowerLost or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Third-Party Services

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by FollowerLost. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
